Tell us more:

I started my massage career in 2006 and 20 years on I still love coming to work and helping my patients. I have grown a lot as therapist throughout this period by taking many different types of courses from the theory based to the energetic: myofascial release, postural restoration, a bachelor's degree in health sciences, trauma informed care, reiki and even one series of tantra classes to explore what it means when people talk about energy work (to name a few).

I have a try anything once mindset and if that doesn't necessarily fit, try it a different way or try something new. I bring this approach to my practice. If a basic trigger point release isn't getting my patient the results they need then let's add a pin and stretch or maybe the tissue is too stiff to work on directly effectively so switch it up by incorporating myofascial release.

My mom shared a quote with me "we are all an experiment of one". It really resonated with me and I like to bring this mindset to each treatment. People are all unique and I work with them to get the best results. Each session is an opportunity to treat the individual based on their needs in that moment. Our existence isn't cookie cutter and neither should your treatment be.
