Sarah Aitken, MPT, BA
Registered Physiotherapist
Sarah was born and raised on Vancouver Island, and after completing her Master of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, she is thrilled to be back and once again calling this beautiful area home.
Sarah has clinical experience in both neurological and orthopaedic settings, including stroke rehabilitation, amputee care, early gait training, and musculoskeletal injuries. She enjoys working with a wide range of clients and values taking the time to understand each person’s goals. She believes recovery should feel manageable, not overwhelming. Sarah works closely with each client to get to the root of the problem and create individualized treatment plans that fit your busy life.
She supports you in moving with confidence and returning to the activities that matter most. Outside of the clinic, Sarah enjoys chasing after her puppy and spending time outdoors hiking, biking (slowly), running (even slower), and birdwatching. She has also recently taken up curling, so you might spot her occasionally sliding, somewhat ungracefully, down the ice.
