Our downtown clinic is centrally located on the corner of Alder Street & 10th Avenue, directly behind BMO, and entry is off the parking lot under our sign
Our uptown clinic is located in the newly renovated Mountainview Medical Centre on Dogwood Street in the old Video Works video store.

Monday - Friday: 7am – 6pm (clinician hours vary)
Saturday & Sunday: Closed
Our office staff is available to answer your calls between the hours of 9:00am and 4:30pm Monday through Friday (closed statutory holidays).

Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapist’s day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the missed appointment's cost.
